    Guess Europe Sagl is currently recruitng for its European Headquarter based in Bioggio (Switzerland) an AREA MANAGER KIDS   CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: During Sales Campaign Monitoring and coordinating sales activities on a daily basis: Quantity of sales (meeting budgets) Quality of sale (product mix) Orders transmission Cancellations Deadlines Data analysis: Updating of department reports Implementing new business reports Interacting with Agents/Distributors for logistic: Being liaison between Lugano and the external structures to guarantee any kind of  information Clients appointments Showroom agenda Collection feedback Prices and margin control Sales timing Commercial issues Interacting with other Company’s areas: Working closely and driving  the customer service to guarantee the proper follow-up Working closely with Logistic and Credit Department to guarantee the shipment planning Forecasting sales figures: Updating sales figures Controlling on the goal follow –up Estimating  sales trend for the season Travelling to local structures: Support to the local sales staff Confrontation with sales staff about the Clients reaction to the line Confrontation with the Responsible  of the structure for any kind of product and commercial issue Regular Activities Pre Market Budgeting process: Analyzing all data in order to support the editing of an wholesale seasonal budget Preparing statistics, analyses , reports and presentations aimed to a correct budgeting approach Market visits: Prospecting new contacts for potential new Clients for the following season sales campaign Visiting existing Client as support for any kind of commercial issue (problems-reorders-pricing-mix) Analyzing competitors presence and offer on the market. Price analyses and product contents/image Meeting major retailer to get them involved in the 2corner” project as 2next level2 of business relationship Clients monitoring: Analyzing the seasonal sell through with consequent replenishment proposals Analyzing the seasonal delivery flow to the stores, in order to provide to the best possible level of service Monitoring the product needs in order to propose “immediate” or  flash programs. Regular Activities Post Market Orders analyses: Analyzing the single orders to “flag out” eventual lacks of product mix, and /or typology of product ordered (with particular attention to denim assortment) Controlling  the product mix also in an average price perspective Interaction in the Company: Interacting with the colleagues of the other divisions ,in order to create synergies avoiding overlapping or “double similar” actions.?   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Master degree  Previous experience (3/5 years) as Area Manager, best in kids area Good knowledge of English (mandatory) Strong planning and organizational skills. Product driven and commercially aware Good knowledge of computer skills (Excel as mandatory) Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive approach Willingness to travel.
