    Our client is one of the largest independent marketing services business in the world. They are experts in finding global supply chain solutions that deliver a competitive advantage and cost optimization for their clients. They work as an execution partner to provide marketing campaigns that build their brands and add value. They boast an interconnected business of more than 300 people in 16 offices in 14 countries around the world, which allows us to provide local activation of global strategies for brands worldwide. They have delegated the recruitment of an: Account Executive for Global Promotional Merchandise Business Primary Responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Account Manager Day-to-day liaison with both European and Asia based suppliers to procure POS materials – key aspects being price negotiation/profit margins. Support the development of product proposals and produce related quotations. Input all data in the IT systems Maintain a good level of operational management and manage day-to-day project tracking. Working on multiple catalogues at one time To ensure effective communication with all team members through use of weekly meetings as appropriate. Supporting the team at operational level, providing support in different areas and dealing with ad-hoc client requests. Maintain a good knowledge of the wider market and competitor activities for their specific brands/customers. Personal Qualities Strong team spirit, forward thinking and attention to detail  is a crucial aspect of this role Ability to work under pressure and achieve high standards of delivery within tight time lines To earn respect of peers, staff, customers, suppliers and senior management. Mature, pro-active, good communication skills, service oriented Qualifications Candidates will ideally possess 1 or 2+ years’ experience in a full time working environment, ideally with a promotional marketing agency or operations/buying background. Knowledge of product manufacturing and point of sale. Fluency in English is mandatory, plus additional European language (Italian mother tongue/fluent ) is a plus Very good presentation skills with strong IT experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Commercial acumen is essential – understanding of cost calculation/margins Excellent organisational abilities to project manage multiple campaigns to a high level of detail. It is important that the candidate has the confidence to act on their own initiative and deal with stakeholders if and when needed. Contratto offerto: tempo determinato di 6 mesi/1 anno iniziali con concrete possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato in caso di idoneità Forbice retributiva a budget: da un minimo di 22.000 Euro ad un massimo non negoziabile di 33.000 Euro lorde annue per candidature in linea con tutte le richieste del nostro cliente e con esperienza pluriennale dal Global Promotional Merchandise Business. Sede di lavoro: Lainate (Milano) Orario di lavoro: Full time 40 ore settimanali. Verranno a priori escluse candidature con richieste di part-time
