    MSC Selections & Solutions, company HR recruitment, search for an important Danish reality of the agricultural and food field, a Plant Manager - Resident Ghana. The candidate is responsible for the company's production plant in Ghana and his tasks are: product development with high sensory and quality focus; design, implement and install production planning and setup for new products; improve and optimize existing processes (production processes, Hygiene and food Safety, Quality assurance); master and optimize factory production planning activities; management off all aspects of food productions and general management of the production processes. The requirements are: willingness to relocate in Ghana; Food Technologist or similar education and experience; least 3 years of experience in the required role; coming from companies in the agricultural and food industry; fluent English; hard working man and looking for new challenges.
