We are looking for a relatively young and high motivated person, to take care of the company's sales in the international markets (South East Asia, Eastern Europe, South Africa and Australia). The candidate has a good background of medical devices market, must be able to find strategies and solutions, establish goals and create business plans to expand sales in these markets with new accounts and maintaining and developing the existing accounts. Must also be able to find, select, do trainings and manage a staff of sales reps, agents and distributors. Must be fluent in English, and spend most of the time travelling. The candidate must not only possess excellent communications skills but also high energy and passion to get results. Must be professional, polite, confident, persistent and results oriented.
