    HR Plant Manager     The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering HR strategy and ensuring that HR procedures are applied at organizational unit level. The HR Plant Manager oversees all HRM processes locally, referring issues to central unit.     Main responsibilities and tasks:   Deliver HR strategies, policies and procedures related to staffing, training, career pathways and succession plans to assure attainment, development and retention of plant human resources. In cooperation with Plant management, participates in estimating personnel needs based on the plans for the different activities and in order to achieve business targets, s/he defines staffing plan, to be approved by HR Director. Liaising with Labour, Welfare & HR Administration Manager prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs. In collaboration with the operating activity supervisors, participates in the organization of factory work, defining - where necessary - workers' shifts and mobility. Facilitate projects for change management and improvement of organizational effectiveness and efficiency mostly favouring company process redesign, re-engineering of organizational structures, and definition of responsibilities and tasks. Liaising with HR Director and in relation to HR goals, defines the necessary contractual forms and compensation levels for positions requiring new hires. Maintains contacts with local employment agencies. Participate in the proposal and in the development of training paths designed for the factory staff, communicating any needs and analyzing effectiveness.     The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experiences:   Master Degree; At least 8 years working experiences in Human Resources Management in manufacturing Companies; Excellent Knowledge of: Labour Legislation, Organization, Compensation and Benefits; Excellent negotiation skills; Good analytical skills; Proactive and problem solving approach; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent English.     Our Client: leading multinational company.     Location: Veneto     Rif.
