    Company leader in interior design Reporting to the Country Head - Italy Market, the Sales Area manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Develop sales in central and southern Italy; Set and manage : agent network, retailers / distributors; Plan and execute customer's event in the region; Keep a constant watch on competition and proving inputs to the management; Develop and mantain strong relationship with architects, specifiers and consultant; keep customers, list up to date & prepare market coverageplan for every month; Deliver product training to the customer staff/ agents; Extend pro-active sales development support to retailers; Negotiate and ensure prominent display of the company in the showrooms with partners ( retailers); Ensure timely execution of orders and collection of payments; Ensure promotion of all products with equal thrust over a period; Make regular customer visits; Submit weekly action plan and update on work in progress report on weekly basis, covering key contents of discussions with customers met and way forward action plan; The requirements:Track record in sales; minimum 8-12 years' experience in Italy specially in the mentioned region; Proven experience in managing network of agents; Good understanding and contacts in the market - retailers, contractors, builders, architetects, agents; Knowledge of from the bathroom materials sector or proven experience in kitchen and other building materials; Good communication skills; English advanced;
