Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organizations that have current or future recruitment needs Identify decision-makers in the hiring process Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs Identify and attract potential candidates using all the sourcing tools at your disposal, including using social media, networking, referrals and advertising. Meet with candidates to establish whether they have the right profile and skill set for your client base. Interview candidates, using your selection techniques to select those that are most suited for roles Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome for all parties - this includes: setting up interviews, giving and receiving feedback, identifying potential problems during the process and negotiating contract terms for successful candidates Support candidates by managing their expectations and negotiating mutually beneficial terms Partner with clients and the PG accounts department to quickly resolve any issues, and ensure billed revenue is collected within the designated timeframe Focus collaboratively on the broader day-to-day issues of business development, systems and procedures and training - proactively maximizing commercial performance. Promote our brand Work with other disciplines in PageGroup to exchange important business development information and cross sell Network across your industry sector or specialism to ascertain market trends and growth areas Understand how to provide a better service than our competitors. Maintain and set standards of excellence within your team dynamic and flexible profile university degree professional experience acquired as a recruiter or sales (min 2 yars) fluently in english excellent communication skills
