    ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY MISSION: To maintain, admin and ensure an efficient, robust and compliant ICT Infrastructure in terms of Hardware, Software and Communication to obtain an optimum use on behalf of the final users. ACTIVITIES: Ensure the design, creation and maintenance of entire infrastructure in respect of company policies, requirements by law and best practice. Calculate and monitor the performance ratios of the infrastructures. Propose specific action plans in order to correct those ratios situated below the ones established by the final client. Carry out the necessary installation and periodical maintenance operations to guarantee the correct fulfillment of the infrastructures. Implement, maintain and respect backup and business continuity solutions, in accordance with Group policies, to guarantee quality and reliability of systems as well as compliancy with international standards. Program, validate and distribute the new programs or improvements related to the systems infrastructures with the quality and the calendar established. Collaborate in the introduction of new improvements or execution of Local/Corporate ICT Projects. Lead local training in the infrastructures which compose the information system of the group. Develop the necessary operative-technical documentation for the correct execution of the existing operations. Give technical support, analyzing and giving priority to the incidences received. To administer and monitor the breakdowns and the maintenance of the infrastructures of the group in a proactive, quick and effective way. Administrate the Computing Materials/Consulting Services purchases following the guidelines established from the Direction and Purchasing Departments as well as monitor supplier activities and certify the positive execution of purchased goods or services. Organize Local ICT Resources in order to efficiently perform all necessary activities to reach the mission and be the first support contact for the Local ICT Team itself. Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment. The Coordinator will also be required to work closely with the Group ICT Manager in order to report local ICT status, take strategic and technical choices and prepare budgeting of local investments and expenses. EDUCATION LEVEL AND MATTERS OF STUDIES: Degree in Engineering (preferable in Computer Science, Electronic or Industrial Engineering) or Technical High School. Master and/or Certification in Networking, Server Administration, Database Administration. REQUESTED WORK EXPERIENCES: Experience of at least 4 years as ICT Specialist. Experience of at least 1,5 years in ICT System Administration. LANGUAGES: English, advanced level
