    Our client is a multinational Contract Manufacturing Organisation with several plants across Europe. The HR Manager will have the following responsibilities: Support Plant Manager and Leadership team in the effective implementation and execution of local Business Unit plans. Support the implementation of regional or local key initiatives and projects. Employee Relations and HR Operations - Ensure that local HR data are up to date and provide report on Key HR metrics for business evaluations. - Provide information and response to query to employees on HR administration topics as policies, payslips, labour contracts. - Support managers and supervisors in people management topics as performance management, grievance and disciplinary procedures. - Support Plant Manager in managing the Trade Unions relationship. Communication - Support Plant Manager in the implementation of key employee communication, engagement and change management initiatives. Performance & Talent Management - Coordinate the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, …). - Facilitate managers' understanding of the management by objective process, in line with local and group business plans. - Support managers in the management of talent and poor performers. Recruiting & training - Collect organization's recruitment needs. - Ensure the correct answer to recruitment needs managing the entire selection and recruitment process. - Draft employment contracts. - Support the managers in the training needs analysis to determine local training requirements. - Organise training sessions and implement training plans. Rewarding & Recognition - Support the following processes: - Salary bench marking - Salary planning process and annual review cycle - Salary review process - Develop and Implement local recognition Programs EHS In collaboration with EHS Team: - Produce and update EHS documentation related to employees activities, safety requirements and training needs - Organise and track EHS training activities The ideal candidate has a University Degree, and preferably an HR Master. He/she gained at least 7 years of experience in a HR Generalist role with particular emphasis on Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Communication. Multinational/manufacturing preferred. Experience of operating in a continuous process improvement environment. Fluency in English is mandatory.
