    On-line betting company. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Agenda management, (anticipate 7 to 10 meetings a day with multiple participants from across Europe); - Travel booking; - Meeting scheduling and coordination, (including setting up Skype / calls in advance and ensuring that attendees are set-up ahead of time so that we start meetings on time); - Taking minutes in top level meetings; - Event creation and management; - Handling confidential information; - Personal tasks from time to time; - Periodic reporting activity. The person must be: - At least 2-3 years of experience as Executive Assistant; - Fluent in English and Italian; - Relation-oriented, dynamic, proactive person; - Excellent organizational and time management skills; - Incredibly hardworking and driven; - Highly organised yet extremely flexible to deal with constantly changing plans; - Confident when dealing with senior figures in the company and externally yet personable with all staff; - Excellent skills with Microsoft Office.
