    Our Client is a large international company, with more than 1200 employees worldwide, leader in the packaging (consumables) field. Key Challenges: Responsible for an assigned sales budget for specific set of industries, follow budget realization and identify actions required to close gaps. Visit key accounts and understand customer production processes and needs. Provide specialist industry expertise to the sales force. Has responsibility for all Global account in territory for the target industry sectors. Partner with sales representatives to identify new business in the industry, ensure closing of sales and monitor customer requests. Continuously develop industry knowledge and seek ways to reach profitability targets. Lead the sales teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Working Relationships: The Market Specialist reports to the Sales Manager of the business unit. The Market specialist will have a thorough collaboration with the Global Account manager of the relevant Industries jointly developing the Global accounts as well as with the Global Market Specialist and relevant product managers to provide market intelligence and support the development and launch of Industry plans. In addition the market specialist will have a collaborative relationship with area sales managers to provide field support and training for the relevant market and products. Technical Competencies: The ideal candidate should have a business or engineering degree. He/She should have minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales gained by addressing the target Industries and a proven record in Key Account Management handling both medium sized diversified customers and international key accounts. He/she should be experienced in value based pricing, solutions selling. It is desirable to have previous experience in selling both consumables, capital equipment and services. Personal Competencies: The right candidate must have a strong business acumen and hands on approach. Strong presentation, communication and intercultural skills are prerequisite. He/she should have experience in getting things done collaboratively. They must be fluent in English.
