Designed in Milano, Our Client's verve is to amplify an authentic music lifestyle via timeless products forged by unparalleled quality, fashion-forward design and an unequivocal passion for music and materials. Our Client's products have won 40+ editors' choice awards and have become essential gear for the world's top professional DJs. MAIN ACTIVITIES Plan and develop innovative and meaningful crosschannel content for every touchpoint in the consumer journey Write any kind of brand and product assets (PR, SM posts, website content, blog, packaging content, copyright, sales assets, ads, newsletters etc.) Oversee the full asset creation process starting from strategy and goals, positioning and developing an important volume of content collaborating with the Milano Design team Coordinate content translation in multiple languages Coordinate with Marketing and IT teams to publish updated website content Manage external agencies/professionals for content production (e.g. photographers, videographers, IT) Develop and plan an editorial calendar for the different channels (CRM, SM, blog etc.) Strategize messaging and content tailored for the different channels Represent the in-house expert who can advise internally on content creation Manage assets databases and archives (what exists, rights, usage etc.) Measure performance and effectiveness of content and provide the VP of Marketing Technology with timely reports Monitor competitors, share benchmarks and consumer insights internally REQUIREMENTS Native English Speaker OR equivalent (C1+ level) Passion for communication and consumer engagement Digital-savvy, innovative, always looking to identify new trends & practices Excellent copywriting (to be tested during the interview) Proven knowledge of Social Media landscape and ability to plan an editorial calendar (to be tested during the interview) "Sky is the limit" type of creativity Outstanding attention to detail Proofreading complex and technical materials Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Powerpoint/Keynote knowledge and experience (to be tested during the interview) Continuous ability to learn and adapt to changing business practices Proactivity, great problem solving and self-thinking skills Team player able to interface with different mindsets and skillsets present in our global business units PREFERRED SKILLS Audio+consumer electronics experience Journalism/literature/writing background Social Media management experience is a plus Project management experience Digital marketing experience (certifications like Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint are a plus) SM and digital reporting tools knowledge (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) Consumer Electronics and Technology knowledge Team / external suppliers management experience German/French/Italian/Spanish/Chinese/Japanese are a plus
