    Renewable energy and water infrastructure company The Office Manager's role is a varied one, and will be split into three areas: Office Management, PA duties and ad hoc projects. There is a high degree of flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity required with this role. The Office Management responsibilities include: Facilities in the Milan office, maintaining a comfortable and safe working environment and liaison with the building management Office Health and Safety matters Supervision of large scale event/potential fit out The PA responsibilities are in relation to the team based the Milan office (7 people). The ad hoc projects will vary according to demand, but in the past have included things like co-ordinating the opening of a new office. We are looking for a friendly, hard working person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who enjoys working in a team and is passionate about his/her work. The ideal candidate should be strongly skilled in the following: PA/EA experience Facilities management Health and Safety Team management Project management IT knowledge, both Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are a must) and global IT support company wide Excellent spoken and written Italian and English We are looking for someone who has the following characteristics: Calm, polite, polished and professional at all times Well organised Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team
