    Our Client is one of the world's few companies providing complete solutions of carbon fiber composite materials. As a Business Development Executive you will be tasked with developing your own portfolio of new clients. The role will involve working closely with clients developing close partnerships and helping their businesses grow by developing and delivering the best solutions possible. You will be directly in charge of the business development, strategic and operational marketing, customer relationship activities in Italy and Europe. You will provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. Analyses request for proposals, collects additional information whenever necessary and sets up the solution design teams to meet the deadlines with the support of the solution engineering department. Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions. A minum 8-10 years proven success selling OEM automotive solutions in particular for sport utility vehicles and luxury cars. Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business Able to generate leads and close deals thanks to a highly personal professional network and recognized reputation. Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mind-set Self-starter with passion for Sales/BD English speaker is a must
