    Our client, an important multinational veterinary pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager. FUNCTION summary: Distribution Channels Define relevant distribution channels - human and veterinary pharma distributors - and follow up on them, by:Defining marketing strategies aligned with brand strategies Providing recommendations on investment allocation Marketing propositions and strategies Outline marketing proposition and strategies related to Distribution channels, byPlanning and following up on trade marketing budget Defining relevant KPI's, such as growth pace; market share; time-to-market and launches; project management follow-up Market intelligence Liaise between market and company stakeholders, byRegularly visiting key wholesalers / distributors in order to remain constantly up-to-date on market trends Providing information to sales / marketing stakeholders in order to adjust strategies to market trends Proposing new initiatives / projects aimed at meeting strategy goals Collecting information from the market from the territory regarding Competition and Trade, in order to provide useful insights for the construction of the "Channel Strategy" plans Key Accounts / Large Accounts Actively participate in KA / LA meetings and initiatives, byDefining KA's / LA's in his / her own perimeter Bringing his/her own expertise in order to improve current practices Sales team and Sales force interactions In collaboration with Sales team, drive sales force efforts on relevant channels byCreating and distributing learning material to train sales force and maintain motivation / effectiveness Spreading knowledge on success cases in order to inspire new initiatives on the market MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS (outside the hierarchical link) : BU Sales team, Marketing team, relevant Corporate functions, Regulatory, Finance, HR, Sales force REQUIRED PROFILE: - 3-5 yrs. Experience in pharma marketing / trade marketing, including networking with corporate functions - Ability to practice a Multi-channel / multi-cultural approach - Project management / Portfolio management - Advanced MS Office, strong Data Analysis skills - Fluent English KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Good problem solving and team working Good negotiation and decision-making skills Work in a network and facilitate a network environment Strong organization skills and remote working abilities Performance and innovation driven CONDITIONS SPECIFIC TO THE FUNCTION: Frequent travels on domestic market; Occasional travels abroad - mainly Europe
