    National Account Manager     NAM will be responsible for implementation of the account specific business plan, achieving account profitability and sales targets and managing own accounts, and for providing key execution. He/she will also be responsible for increased account profitability and full account support activity.   RESPONSIBILITIES:   Contribute to the development of corporate sales and marketing programs designed to meet or exceed sales volume objectives for National Accounts Forecast, budget and track account revenues and cost Manage account's financial support program, business building program and support customer service and operations on supply chain programs Visit customers, not just headquarters, also store by store Accountability to manage trade promotions, spend effectiveness and ROI Implement a plan to gain space in store and improve market presence   Critical aspects of the role include exceptional cross-functional leadership, a strong aptitude to influence others, and the ability to deal with complexity.   Required: A Bachelor or Economic Master 5 + years of experience  managing Key or National accounts at headquarters level Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences Ability to analyze data and market trends Outgoing personality and the ability to function as a team player and project leader Ability to understand Trade spending effectiveness (efficiency of promotional activity is preferred). Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly Desirable: Comfortable setting priorities, manage multiple tasks and remain focused in a changing environment Basic understanding of the category, channel, customer strategy, and market trends. Negotiating skills to capitalize on opportunities in a “win-win” manner. Ability to provide internal communications to management and field as appropriate Financial Acumen to manage trade promotions, spend effectiveness and ROI Our client: Multinational company leader in semidurables goods.
